Downtown Phoenix has seen a recent renaissance of fine dining with the opening of young, independant
restaurants with ambititous staffs. Joining Circa 1900 at the Festival for the first time were downtowners
Trente-Cinq 35, Lisa G Café & Wine Bar, and The Sweet Pea Bakery. Phoenix stalwarts Barrio Cafe and Quiessence returned .
