Lionel Geuskens, the Chef and owner of Trente-Cinq,
was born and raised in Liege, Belgium. He started his culinary
career with an apprenticeship at the prestigious La Villa Lorraine
in Brussels, Belgium. It was the first restaurant outside of France
to receive three Michelin stars. Once in Arizona he completed
a degree at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, and has now been
cooking in the Valley of the Sun since 1996.
