The Festival is within the museum at the Dorrance Scuplture Garden and The Great Hall. Please enter through the museum main entry. Remote parking and shuttle service provided; please check onsite at the museum for extra parking locations.
Gates open for admittance to Festival 12:00pm, admission to the museum is free with your Festival Pass. The museum opens at 10:00am, feel free to purchase your ticket and visit the museum prior to the Festival.

West of Western is a prix-fixe event –
the ticket price is your all-day pass to The Grand Tasting &
The Wine Table (Food & Wine All-Day Pass) or The Grand Tasting
(Food Only All-Day Pass), and the Festival activities. No additional
fees are charged.
Food & Wine Passes may be purchased
by those over 21. A picture identification is required to obtain
the special coded Wine Wristband.
The Wine Table is located in the Great Hall. Participation in wine tasting is offered
to those who wear the special coded Wine Wristband, though Food
Only ticket purchasers over 21 may accompany their partner into
the area.
Only the Festival guest with the Wine Wristband
will receive a wine glass.
Children are allowed in the Wine Table
area if they are in a stroller, in a body-carrier, or are a carried
infant. No child may be on the ground in this area.
Strollers are allowed in the Wine Table area if they are not in
the wine pouring line. A safety team has advised that this is
a potential safety hazard.
Lost, stolen or unused tickets will not
be replaced or refunded, though online tickets may be re-printed
prior to Festival use. Please go to ticket vendor website
NO: Pets, bicycles, glass
bottles, roller blades, skateboards or signs.
NOTE: All bags, including backpacks, are subject
to security search.
Umbrellas and bags 15" in size and over must be checked.
All individual advance tickets sales may
be purchased online through the Festival website or at the Phoenix Art Museum. Tickets
may be purchased at the Festival the days of the Festival by Cash
or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). For advance discount group sales
of twelve (12) or more, please contact West of Western at 602-262-5652.
West of Western ticket holders receive special discounts including $10 off a new Museum membership AND discounted Masterpiece Replayed tickets, $13 for 1 adult ticket or $25 for 2 adult tickets ($15 savings). Please present your ticket, purchased in advance online or at the Museum the day of the event, at the Museum ticket desk to receive your discount. Please ask for membership services.
The Museum also offers a $10 discount off new Museum memberships purchased with Festival tickets.
With Advance tickets -- a special combination offer of an advance Festival ticket and Museum membership for a $20 saving.
1. Museum membership $65 (regular price $75) and advance Food & Wine Pass $75 (regular price $85) will be $140 ($20 off regular prices).
2. Museum membership $65 (regular price $75) and advance Food Only Pass $67 (regular price $77) will be $132 ($20 off regular prices.)
With Onside sales -- The Museum offers a $10 discount on a new Museum membership to any Festival ticket holder who purchased during the Festival weekend. The redemption period will extend through March 23, 2008.

How do I purchase advance tickets
for the Festival?

Will the Festival have entertainment?
Yes, there will be acoustic music on two stages for you while
you enjoy the Festival food and wine. Additionally, there will
be cooking and wine seminars, cookbook signings, Desert Diversity
2008 presenting heritage foods, and more.
All this is the accompaniment to our star
performers, the Executive Chefs, Chefs de Cuisine and Pastry Chefs
working alongside their assistants in a flurry of non-stop food
preparation and delivery, displaying their technique al fresco.
May I bring my children?
Yes. Children 8 and under are admitted Free.
Youth Passes are
available for those 9 – 15. Regular Food Passes are available
for those 16 and over.
Will you have children’s
activities?
Yes, we will have hands-on activities as well as cooking demos
interspersed through the afternoon. We have scheduled the programming
with gaps to allow parents and children to enjoy the Festival.
May I leave my child while I go
to the Wine Table or other areas?
No, we cannot assume that responsibility. However, tables and
chairs will be close by where you may sit and relax to watch your
child. Some of the information presented will be of interest to
adults as well.
Does West of Western do anything
for charity?
Yes, we donate 100% of the net proceeds from the wine ticket portion
of the Food & Wine Pass and the Silent Auctions. The recipients are our Host and Co-presenter, Phoenix Art Museum and other participating non-profits.
In addition we provide free exhibit space
to our Desert Diversity organizations that promote Arizona heritage
foods, and include them in the programming.
This Community Partner
Program, which gives non-profits and businesses the opportunity
to provide volunteer services in exchange for a financial contribution
to their non-profit organization, or a designated non-profit recipient
in the case of for-profit businesses.
Where is Lost and Found?
Lost or found items may be turned in or redeemed at the Main Information
Booth.
May I bring my dog?
No, unless your dog is a service dog, or service dog in training.
Please be kind to your pet and leave it home.

Can I get there by public transportation?
Yes. City buses pass the Phoenix Art Museum
on Central Ave.
